Today we had a marshmallow investigation! We each got a different amount and had to make a tally chart and bar graph of how many others got.

Think about it Friday

Think about it Friday!

Today was " think about it Friday". We thought about what it would be like for Thomas with hemiplegia, leaving him with 1 dominant hand. We made one hand dominant by putting a sock on our other, non dominant hand. We tried lots of different activities like cutting, gluing,putting shoes on and catching balls. Wow, we admire Thomas!!

Tally charts

Today we learnt how to make a tally chart. We asked 10 people what their favourite fruit was. We had to make sure we didn't ask the same person twice! If five people liked a fruit we made a sloping line to show that that was a group of 5. This makes it easier to read. 

Super tooth defenders

Yesterday we watched a clip about some superheroes who protect tooth city! They each had differenttools to fight against the evil villain, plculus
